ON DEMAND PLATFORM

The on demand membership includes over 60 workouts ranging from Pilates, HIIT and resistance. For your ease of use workouts have been categorised by type of workout, duration, body part, equipment and ability level. 

 

The membership is designed to meet all your fitness needs accessible in one place and the workouts have been designed to take into account your busy lifestyle and access to equipment and space. 

You won’t have to leave your home, commute to and from the gym and you won’t need to purchase lots of expensive equipment. All workouts are expertly taught by Sally to ensure you’re getting the most out of each and every exercise, executing the correct form and working at the right level for you.

PILATES

Pilates is a type of mind, body exercise developed in the early 20’s by Joseph Pilates. It is practised worldwide and concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core. It also focussed heavily on posture, balance and flexibility. 

Pilates has been my go to exercise throughout my life. It has seen me through four pregnancies right up until birth and beyond, helping me to stay strong and empowered. 

If you are entirely new to Pilates I would recommend that you firstly visit and complete the four short introduction to Pilates classes before choosing from the selection of beginner classes available for you to enjoy.

HIIT

These types of workouts are perfectly suited to the busy person with little time. You can easy achieve a good cardio session in as little as 20 minutes and from the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment. 

HIIT relies on a series of timed intervals followed by a timed period of rest, during which a person’s heart rate is elevated.

Each HIIT session on the platform is coached by me Sally who will offer alternative exercises to suite a varied scope of people taking into account any restrictions one may have. 

Chose from the 3 different levels of HIIT available as part of your membership and start striving towards a fitter you.

ONLINE COACHING

I offer online coaching where you can work with me on a one to one basis. Together we will discuss and establish your health and fitness goals, looking at your lifestyle and any difficulties you may have faced in the past in relation to your fitness.

We will establish a plan and programme and I offer continued support with your fitness, nutrition, mind-set, lifestyle choices, and habit changing.
